By visiting and participating in activities at Sam's Orchard, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Admission & Conduct

All visitors must check in at the entrance and follow staff instructions at all times.

Children must be supervised by an adult.

Please respect our trees, property, and other guests. Damaging trees or picking apples in a harmful way is not allowed.
2. Picking Policy

Only pick apples from designated areas and during open hours.

You are responsible for paying for all apples you pick.

No outside containers are allowed—use bags or baskets provided by the orchard.
3. Safety

Enter at your own risk. Our orchard is a working farm with uneven ground, insects, and natural hazards.

Please wear appropriate footwear and stay on marked paths.

We are not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines.
4. Pets

Pets are not allowed in the orchard fields (except service animals) for food safety reasons.
5. Photography

Visitors are welcome to take personal photos.

Commercial or professional photography must be approved in advance.
6. Weather & Refunds

Our orchard is open rain or shine. In case of severe weather, we may close or reschedule your visit.

All sales are final. No refunds for early departure or unused bags.
7. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone who does not follow these rules or behaves inappropriately.
